About
This Community of Practice was established in 2009 in response to the growing number of transplant pharmacists actively involved in AST. The goal of this CoP is to provide a forum for transplant pharmacists and other professionals to network, exchange thoughts, share resources, collaborate on best practice solutions, develop research ideas, participate in educational activities, and promote the practice of transplant pharmacy. With over 80 members in the inaugural year, we encourage all pharmacists practicing in transplantation to join this active and growing community.
